It is very sad to know that companies are leading customers to think that their competitors are a scam. As a transport broker I encounter on an average 20 customers per day indicating that the other company told then that all the other companies are a scam and their company was the only legit one. In doing so they eventually charge the customers a higher rate, indicating that its best to pay the higher rate than being scammed by the other companies.
Now really!!!!!!! Not realizing that these brokers are tricking the customers into becoming fearful of being scammed by the other companies, customers gladly accepts the offer. Dealing with an average 500 customers a week, I have experienced all possible scenarios that a customer is / will be faced with during the process of getting their car transported. I have worked at two transport companies prior to A-Z Auto Transport LLC and I have come to realized that this is one of the most hostile industry, brokers say nasty things about others for the interest of getting the deal not thinking that they could possibly be destroying someone's life.
Some may say fear tactics is the nature of business and the order of the day, but it should not be.
My objective in this blog is to inspire you all not to be easily frightened by the nasty comments brokers are making of each other, but to proceed with wisdom and sensitivity to easily identify if the comments are a means of winning your business.
Today I spoke with one of my new customers and was informed that he had the same impression and was very fearful that he was going to be scammed. So we agreed that if the transportation of his car was not done properly he should give us (A-Z Auto Transport LLC) a negative review and a positive review if the opposite is true. In our next blog on this matter of Fear Tactics we will invite our customer to comment on his experience with our company.

What To Do
When being in doubt of any company and their ability to safely transport your car, simply asked to have the contract signed and dated with no money down / deposit until the car is picked up. The reason for this recommendation is to control your anxiety as well as to give the broker/ company a chance to prove what they are saying to be honest and trustworthy. This also prevents you from providing any personal data that would make you liable to be scammed.

Make it a practice to complete a service review after receiving service from a company and give your most honest feedback's. Their are so many hardworking legit people and business that are struggling day to day while the fake ones are striving, by lying and destroying other's reputation.
